And it’s about answering that ask with care, or with boundaries, both equally honored.

This project is part of my own journey.
Toward service.

It’s rooted in the principles of lovingkindness and nonviolent communication.
It’s inspired by our greatest spiritual teachers and traditions.
And it’s grounded in something simple, ancient, and deeply human.

It’s a movement. One you can feel with your body.
